The Breaking Barriers 12-week leadership programme focuses on personal leadership skills, encouraging young people to become community stakeholders. This programme is tailored towards young people that are at imminent risk of exclusion from school or otherwise vulnerable due to concerns around mental health and well-being.

Ignite Your Career

Tailored for work-ready individuals aged 18+, ideal for BTEC level 3, AS, and A level students, as well as unemployed young people. This programme includes: industry specific spotlight on various roles within different sectors, networking and direct learning from industry professionals, guidance on CV and portfolio building and tailored opportunity matching.

Employment Mentoring

Personalised guidance and support, designed for Lambeth residents aged 16-30 currently navigating economic inactivity. Applicants will be paired with a dedicated mentor and enjoy up to 10 transformative one-on-one sessions.

The Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF)

The Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) is a youth-led group based at IRMO where young people can learn English, get creative, learn new skills and make friends in a trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English). Weekly activities for Spanish and Portuguese speaking young people aged 13-19.

Sparking Futures

Sparking Futures supports girls and young women aged 14 and above, who are interested in taking the next step towards their future careers. This includes: monthly skills workshops, work experience and career insight days, career champions programme, career panels and volunteering opportunities.

Build Your Future

Targeted employment support programme for young people (aged 16-24), living in Lambeth or Southwark, who are not currently in employment, education or training. This programme is delivered in partnership by High Trees, Rathbone, Juvenis, Spiral and IRMO.

Lambeth Peer Action Collective

A collective of young people and youth organisations working together to create better futures for young people through youth-led research and social action. This is a partnership between locally rooted youth organisations: High Trees, Juvenis, IRMO, Spiral, St Matthews Project and Motivate and Lead Community Enterprise.
