Inspire to Aspire
The 12-week programme is designed specifically for students navigating their transition years, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. It’s meticulously crafted to bridge the attainment gap by offering relatable role models, imparting essential life skills, fostering growth mindsets, and igniting aspirations through our purpose-driven well-being blueprint.
The Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF)
The Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) is a youth-led group based at IRMO where young people can learn English, get creative, learn new skills and make friends in a trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English). Weekly activities for Spanish and Portuguese speaking young people aged 13-19.
Fridays Pizza & Chill
Pizza & Chill is a fun space for girls and young women to come and hang out, meet new friends, play games and just have a chat. Sessions take place every first Friday of the month.
After School EAL Programme
Our exciting new after school EAL programme is for secondary school aged girls who have English as an additional language and who need support with their English. Sparking Futures
Sparking Futures supports girls and young women aged 14 and above, who are interested in taking the next step towards their future careers. This includes: monthly skills workshops, work experience and career insight days, career champions programme, career panels and volunteering opportunities.
Youth Mentoring
Baytree’s Youth Mentoring Programme offers one-to-one support for girls aged 10 to 18, helping them grow academically, personally and socially. Through weekly sessions with a dedicated volunteer mentor, girls are supported to develop key character traits such as resilience, self-control, good judgement, and fairness, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions, form healthy habits, and grow into their full potential.

Youth Mentoring
Baytree’s mentoring programme provides one-to-one support to girls aged 10 to 18 with their academic development (with a focus on English and Maths) as well as their personal development. Mentors and mentees meet once a week for an hour for at least one academic year. Sessions can take place remotely and/or face-to-face at the centre.
Horse Riding
We provide riding lessons and youth work support to young people from the age of 8 to 18 and our priority is to work with those young people who are most in need of our work.
