Coaching in School
High Trees work in local schools to provide a 6 – 12 week coaching programme. We can work with schools to identify the best way to ensure that our programme meets the needs of pupils, and fits in well with other support the school is offering.

BIGKID Holiday Programme
BIGKID’s Holiday Programme involves sessions run during all three half-term breaks and the six-week summer holiday. During these holiday sessions, we offer additional sports engagement sessions, residential trips (including our sailing programme), excursions, as well as the chance to try out alternative sports including white-water rafting, sailing, and kayaking.
Sports Engagement
BIGKID offers a variety of sports, including football, American flag football, basketball, futsal, and tennis, at a range of community and school sites. Youth Club
Youth club sessions take place at Dexters for young people aged 11-18, running three times a week during term time, and five times a week in school holidays. After School EAL Programme
This after school EAL programme is for secondary school aged girls who have English as an additional language and who need support with their English. The EAL conversation club provides a space for girls to discuss different topics, practise their conversation skills and build their confidence.
Spark
Spark provides a safe, supportive space for girls and young women of secondary school age to develop personally, achieve their potential and turn their aspirations into realities. Sessions are discussion and activity based, allowing for young women to have their voices heard.
Into School
Baytree’s Into School programme facilitates the transition of newly arrived girls into the UK education system. It offers support to secondary school-aged girls who have recently arrived in the UK and who don’t have a place in a school or college.
Grove Adventure Play
Grove Adventure Playground is open for children aged 6-14 years old, for open access free play, during the week, on Saturdays and during school holidays.
Youth Mentoring
Baytree’s mentoring programme provides one-to-one support to girls aged 10 to 18 with their academic development (with a focus on English and Maths) as well as their personal development. Mentors and mentees meet once a week for an hour for at least one academic year. Sessions can take place remotely and/or face-to-face at the centre.
