Inspire to Aspire
The 12-week programme is designed specifically for students navigating their transition years, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. It’s meticulously crafted to bridge the attainment gap by offering relatable role models, imparting essential life skills, fostering growth mindsets, and igniting aspirations through our purpose-driven well-being blueprint.
Employment Mentoring
Personalised guidance and support, designed for Lambeth residents aged 16-30 currently navigating economic inactivity. Applicants will be paired with a dedicated mentor and enjoy up to 10 transformative one-on-one sessions.
Youth Mentoring
Baytree’s mentoring programme provides one-to-one support to girls aged 10 to 18 with their academic development (with a focus on English and Maths) as well as their personal development. Mentors and mentees meet once a week for an hour for at least one academic year. Sessions can take place remotely and/or face-to-face at the centre.
Mentoring Programme
Get one to one support from our youth coaches, learn more about yourself and develop new skills. We explore your personal strengths and core values through fun games, to help you grow in confidence, build your self-esteem and explore self-limiting beliefs that prevent you from moving forward.
GEMS (Grow Enjoy Move Study)
After-school activity programme where girls aged 6-18 can have fun, express themselves and discover their talents while building their confidence and resilience. Activities include: arts and crafts, sports, cookery and study support.
Engage with your future
Tailored programme for those at risk of exclusion, in pupil referral units, or Year 10 and 11 students. It offers opportunity to work in a team, focus on strengths and goal-setting for personal group, one-to-ones and mentoring support.
