Baytree’s Arrive & Thrive programme facilitates the transition of newly arrived girls into the UK education system. It offers support to secondary school-aged girls who have recently arrived in the UK and who don’t have a place in a school or college.
LifeSkills Project
The Life Skills Project creates safe and supportive spaces for girls and young women of secondary school to build confidence, learn positive habits and skills, and jump into new opportunities. Sessions are discussion and activity based, allowing for young women to have their voices heard.

Breaking Barriers Leadership Programme
Breaking Barriers targets young people at risk of exclusion or otherwise vulnerable due to concerns around their mental health and well-being. Primarily delivered in schools, the focus is on empowering young people to recognise their role and key influencers and leaders amongst their peers and in their community.
BIGKID Mentoring
The mentoring programme pairs young people aged 16 – 21 with BIGKID volunteer mentors for up to 12 months.
